What does all-inclusive include?

Guests can use the basic facilities (pool, public bath, lounge, and some beach activities) and choose only the meal conditions.
When booking a plan with "All Inclusive" on the hotel's official website, dinner and breakfast are included in addition to using the basic facilities.

※Menus with All-inclusive in the hands-on beach activity list are eligible.

For futons in Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, we ask for self-service that you can lay on your own.

For those who have food allergies

At both breakfast and dinner venues, the ingredients of 8 specific ingredients [egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, shrimp, crab, walnuts] are displayed in pictograms along with the dish name.
In addition, since the kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, please note that there is a possibility of a small amount of contamination, including handling at the foodstuff factory.

About the public bath

Please tell me how to enter the public bath.
You need a card key to enter the public bath.
Please bring a face towel, bath towel, and card key from the guest room.

Do you have towels in the public bath?

No. Please bring a towel in the guest room.

Is there a chair for children in the public bath?

We don't have it.

Is the public bath a hot spring?

It's not a hot spring.

Can I use the public bath on a day trip?

Yes, you can use it at a visitor fee. 
Price per person: infant (3-5 years old) 500 yen ※Includes rental of bath towels and face towels
Reception will be accepted at the front desk.

Can infants use the public bath?

You can use it if you are accompanied by a guardian. In addition, infants wearing diapers should refrain from bathing.

How old can a child take a mixed bath?

Mixed bathing accompanied by a guardian is limited to 6 years old. Children above 7 should use the male bath for boys and the women's bath for girls.  ※Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

If you have a tattoo, do you put it in the public bath?

In principle, bathing in the public bath for those with tattoos and tattoos is not allowed. However, entrance is permitted, provided the tattoo can be concealed by applying two 8cm x 10cm cover stickers, which are sold at the hotel. (Cover seals are sold at the front desk.)

Can I go to the public bath by room wear?

Please refrain from moving inside the building with room wear including the public bath. We ask that you use room wear only for guest rooms.

About Activities

Can I use the pool or beach before check-in?

Available from 13:00 on the check-in date.

Can I use the pool after check-out?

I can't. The pool is available until check-out.

Can I use the pool if I have a tattoo?

You can use it. There are no restrictions on pool use for tattoos.

Do you rent towels at the beach or pool?

Guests can rent one ticket free of charge. Please refrain from taking it out of the museum.
Visitors (use only at the beach) can rent out for a fee of 300 yen per person.

Can I use the pool only?

Guests who are not staying at the hotel can use the pool with a visitor (charged).
Prices include rental of beach towels and the use of soft drinks at the poolside bar.

Is the swimming pool open on rainy days?

Rain with lightning will be temporarily suspended regardless of rainfall. warning, even if an alarm is issued, it will be temporarily suspended.

The room wear is free size for adults (excluding co-sleeping) in the room.
Room wear for children is available at the amenity corner in front of the shop on the first floor.

Children above elementary school age are not allowed to sleep together.

How many people can sleep together?

The maximum number of co-sleeping guests in each room is up to 2 people. ※Some rooms are available for up to 3 people.
The target age for co-sleeping is from 0 to 5 years old (preschool children).

Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

Please use the luggage locker room next to the front desk.
