Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Grand Mercure Okinawa Cape Zanpa Resort.

We are pleased to inform you that a malfunction of the pool equipment has occurred, and it has been decided that some pool areas will be closed as follows.

During the business suspension period, the "Yukuru Pool" area will be available for all ages.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding.

We will resume operations of the Manchu Pool (Main Pool) from 9:00 on September 7, 2025.

We will resume business of Waraba Pool from 12:00 on September 7, 2025.

 

※During the business suspension period, the "Yukuru Pool" area will be available for all ages.

※The above schedule is subject to change depending on the progress of recovery.
