Information on the implementation of air conditioning in the guest room corridors (April 7-April 24, May 7-July 10)

We would like to inform you that air conditioning work for the guest room corridor will be carried out as follows.

This is a renovation work to provide a more comfortable environment for everyone, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

[Contents of construction]　Air conditioning in the guest room corridors (4th to 12th floors)

[Construction period]

・April 7 (Mon) to April 24 (Thu), 2025

・May 7 (Wed) to July 10 (Thursday), 2025

[Work area]　Near the central elevator hall on each floor and the elevator on the public bath side

[Construction time]　9：00～17：00

 

※ Since construction is performed in order for each level, the construction schedule differs depending on the floor.

※Between 11:00 and 15:00, there is a possibility that work sound will be generated. (We are planning to perform anchor strike on some schedules.)

※ During the construction period, temporary enclosures will be installed in each elevator hall on each floor, and workers will enter and exit.

※During the construction period, the elevator on the public bath side will not stop on the floor under construction. Please use the central elevator.

※The above schedules are subject to change depending on the progress of construction.
