※Guests of infants (1-3 years old) do not need to wear wristbands.
【How to pick up and wear】
- Guests will be given the first night at the front desk at check-in.
- You can use the pool on the check-in day and hand over wristbands from 13:00.
- For guests staying for consecutive nights, please pick up at the front desk every day of use.
- Please pick up a special band at the front desk when using on the check-out day. (Available until 11:00)
- If you wish to use the service after 11:00 (up to 15:00), we will inform you at an additional charge.
(3,500 yen for adults, 2,000 yen for children, 1,000 yen for infants, including tax) - For visitors (outpatients) or Hotel Nikko Alivila mutual use, please receive a special band after accepting at the activity counter.
- Please wear wristbands in places that are easy to see, such as wrists.
- In the event of damage or damage to the wristband, a new band will be given in exchange for the actual item, but if lost, it will not be reissued. Thank you for your understanding.
※If you are unable to confirm the wristband by wearing a swimsuit, we may ask you from the pool staff.
