This time, I was in the Allday Pool and introduced the wearing of a "Wristband".

We will continue to strive to create an environment where customers can spend their time comfortably, so we understand and cooperate.

※Infants (1 to 3 years old) do not need to wear wristbands.

【How to pick up and wear】

• Guests staying will be given the first night at the front desk at check-in.
• For consecutive nights, please pick up at the front desk every day you use.
• Please pick up a special band at the front desk when using the check-out date. (available until 11:00)
• If you wish to extend the service after 11:00 (up to 15:00), we will inform you at an additional charge.
  　(Adult: 3,500 yen, child: 2,000 yen, infant: 1,000 yen / tax included)
• For visitors (outpatient) or Hotel Nikko Alivila mutual use, please receive a special band after reception at the activity counter.
• Please wear wristbands in places that are easy to see, such as wrists.
• If the wristband is damaged or damaged, we will give you a new band in exchange for the actual item, but we will not reissue it if it is lost. Thank you for your understanding.

※If you are unable to confirm the wristband by wearing a swimsuit, the pool staff may ask you.
